Terms & Conditions of Use i8live

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you ("User") and i8live ("Platform", "we"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by i8live, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with our Privacy Policy and any specific guidelines relating to particular games, betting, or promotions displayed on the platform. Should there be any conflict between those documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence over the others unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The i8live platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of account registration.
• An individual acting on their own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another party.
• Not subject to any legal or regulatory prohibition in your jurisdiction of residence regarding the use of online gambling services.
• Not currently enrolled in any active self-exclusion list or gambling limit programme.
• Not acting in a professional capacity on behalf of a body or entity that is not permitted to use this platform.

i8live reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Users are required to provide valid verification documents such as a MyKad or passport when requested. Failure to submit those documents within the stipulated period may result in account suspension or closure.

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the i8live platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual — using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is prohibited.

When registering, users must provide accurate, complete, and current information. The information required includes:

• Full name as per a valid identification document.
• Actual date of birth.
• An active and accessible email address.
• A mobile phone number registered in Malaysia.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the i8live platform are subject to the following limits and conditions:

• The minimum amount per deposit is RM50.
• The minimum amount per withdrawal is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• The name of the bank account or e-wallet holder must match the name registered on the i8live account.

i8live reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, including identity document checks or proof of ownership of the payment method. This is a security measure to protect users from fraud and money laundering.

i8live offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that must be read before it is claimed. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• A 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300 is available to eligible new members.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal of bonus funds can be made.
• For example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120, resulting in a balance of RM220 with a wagering requirement of RM120 × 20 = RM2,400.
• A deposit of RM600 gives a bonus of RM300 (maximum cap), resulting in a balance of RM900 with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, converted directly to cash, or used to fulfil the wagering requirements of another active bonus at the same time.
• i8live reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of abuse, fraud, or a breach of the related terms.

Users of the i8live platform must conduct themselves in a fair, responsible manner and comply with all stated rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to assist with games or betting.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems and infrastructure.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or financing of illegal activities.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of repeatedly claiming bonuses.
• Transferring funds between player accounts without authorisation from management.
• Spreading misleading, false, or defamatory information about the platform to others.

A breach of any of the above gives i8live the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

All content found on the i8live platform, including but not limited to interface design, logos, icons, graphics, text, software, databases, and brand names, is the exclusive property of i8live or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any platform content without written permission from i8live.
• Use the i8live brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial or promotional purpose without official approval.
• Modify or create derivative works from platform content.

Any breach of these intellectual property rights may result in appropriate legal action.

The i8live platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure a stable and quality service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruptions, technical errors, or data loss.

i8live is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting or game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses occurring as a result of unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Inability to access the platform due to failure of the user's internet connection.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

i8live reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Inaccurate registration details or falsified verification documents.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or behaviour that harms other users.
• A request from a legitimate legal authority.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the user themselves.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. In the case of a voluntary account closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the user once all withdrawal conditions have been met, including the completion of any active wagering requirements.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, i8live reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings obtained through activities that violated those terms.

i8live reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, except where required by law. Significant amendments will be communicated to users via:

• A notice displayed prominently on the platform when the user logs in.
• A notification email sent to the user's registered email address.
• An updated effective date displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment will be considered acceptance of the new terms by the user. If you do not agree with the amendments made, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

The i8live platform operates under a valid international licence. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Should any dispute arise relating to the use of the platform, users are encouraged to first contact our support team for a voluntary resolution. Our team will work to resolve any complaint in a fair and transparent manner within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to refer the matter to a recognised arbitration body under the platform's licensing jurisdiction. The decision of that arbitration body is final and binding on both parties.
